About the Nevada Scheelite Project
In June 2026, Perpetual entered a definitive agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the historic Nevada Scheelite Mine, marking the Company's strategic expansion into Tier-1 jurisdiction critical minerals. The asset is one of the highest-grade tungsten producers in United States history, having yielded approximately 328,747 short ton units of WO₃ at an average grade of ~1.1% WO₃ between 1937 and 1957.
The acquisition includes four patented mining claims, delivering full private ownership of mineral and surface rights, substantial existing underground infrastructure, and — as confirmed shortly after completion — an extensive historical technical database spanning decades of drilling and geological work.
A historic high-grade tungsten producer in a Tier-1 jurisdiction, fast-tracked by decades of existing technical data.
NEVADA SCHEELITE PROJECT
Located in Mineral County, Nevada, the Project sits within one of the world's most stable and well-regulated mining jurisdictions. Tungsten is a critical mineral with applications across defence manufacturing, electronics, and high-temperature industrial tooling, with global supply concentrated in a small number of jurisdictions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
A Brownfield Asset With Decades of Existing Work
The Project's combination of historic high-grade production, existing underground development (including over 2,100 metres of underground drifts), and full private land ownership provides a rare pathway to fast-tracked resource definition in a premier mining jurisdiction.
THE RELEVANCE OF TIER-1 JURISDICTIONS FOR CRITICAL MINERALS
Nevada is one of the most prospective and supportive mining jurisdictions globally, and tungsten supply chains are increasingly viewed through a strategic and supply-security lens:
-
Historic production: ~328,747 short ton units WO₃ @ ~1.1% WO₃ (1937–1957)
-
Four patented claims full private mineral and surface rights
-
Existing infrastructure: mine shafts and 2,100m+ of underground drifts
-
400+ historical drill holes, plus decades of geological sections and mine plans

"One of the most exciting aspects of the Nevada Scheelite Project is the extraordinary amount of technical work that has already been completed by previous operators and government agencies over several decades. Collectively, this represents a significant technical foundation that would likely require many millions of dollars and considerable time to replicate today."
— Julian Babarczy, Executive Chairman
